As usual, I'm blogging in the office [again!].
So many things have happened since the last post - Natasha's Birthday, Car rental: Episode 1 and a 1/2 [and the resulting disagreements], Shorts, Cloudy - with a chance of meatballs and much, much more. In fact, all this activities has my mom up in arms - She's complaining that I'm treating my home as a hotel! [And I thought 2 years as a NSF would already had prepared her for this ..] But nonetheless, I guess this isn't going to change anytime soon - never mind about the constant drain on my finances and energy level, I never could stand being cooped up in my house anyway.
Which brings me to my next point - since I'm like out of the house for like, 2/3 of the day, my laptop/desktop is ROTTING away at home. Of course, this wouldn't be much of a case for concern but I wonder .. should I repair and give [or, if the opportunity presents itself, sell] the laptop away? There's really not much of a point for me to hold on to it; the idea of a high-end gaming laptop that I could bring for LAN parties died on me a long time ago and I think some of my cousins [like Nicholas/Jordan/Darren, for example?] could benefit from it .. and maybe NOT! - seeing how rough they are with things, I don't think my laptop will be able to last for any time longer then a month [and this is my most optimistic theory, ever.]
Then again, this is an another story, for another day. :)
And FINALLY, somebody in my company has decided to use their brains. After like 2 weeks of enduring close to sub-zero temperatures, it has been decreed by the powers-that-be to increase the general warmth of the office by like, 5 degrees Celsius? Personally, I am quite thankful for whoever suggested this but still, I feel quite .. frozen. -.- [Or maybe, I should SERIOUSLY stop slacking around in the office and really get down to work. =X]
Either way, tomorrow's the start of my weekend job with SHELL. 9-5 at SHELL, lorong 7 of Geylang as a promoter of sorts. Best of luck to me, no?
Out.
